Terms of sale

These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "General Terms") govern the sale to final consumers (hereinafter "Customers" or "Customer") of wines (hereinafter "Products") marketed through the e-commerce site enologik.com (hereinafter the "Site").

The Customer acknowledges that:

the Products are marketed by the company Uglygrapes Srl (hereinafter "Enologik"), with VAT number 03936750045, with registered office in Via Roma, 107, 12030, Marene (CN), Italy.
The website enologik.com is owned by Uglygrapes Srl
The purchase of wines, as of all spirits, is exclusively allowed to persons over 18 years old who are not in conditions of legal inability.
Sales of Products between Enologik and Customers will be governed by these General Terms.
For the purposes of these General Terms, "final consumer" means any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional business that may be carried out.
Enologik reserves the right not to follow orders coming from subjects not falling within the legal definition of "final consumer".
The language in which the Contract is concluded is Italian. In case of conflict between the versions of the General Terms prepared in a language other than Italian and accepted by the customer, the meaning and interpretation of the General Terms in Italian prevails.
