Les Crêtes

Les Crêtes is a leading producer of mountain wines from the Aosta Valley, based in Aymavilles, along the central valley of the Dora Baltea and at the foot of Mont Blanc. Founded in 1989, the winery embodies a distinctively Alpine identity, where vines grow on breezy slopes and terraces, amidst contrasting exposures and natural conditions that demand careful and precise viticulture. The Aosta Valley landscape, characterised by high peaks, side valleys and extensive protected areas, contributes to a distinct territorial profile, where light, temperature variations and alpine soils favour wines that are taut, fresh and distinctive.

The agronomic approach is geared towards respecting the vineyard, the terroir and the environment, employing integrated production practices and management aimed at preserving the vineyards’ natural habitat. Sustainability is also reflected in a focus on biodiversity, energy conservation and the use of clean energy, in line with a concept of responsible Alpine viticulture.
