Pisoni
Pisoni is a Trentino-based producer with links to the Valle dei Laghi, in the Pergolese area, where viticulture thrives amongst sun-drenched hills, constant breezes and the presence of Lakes Toblino, Santa Massenza and Cavedine. This landscape, nestled between the influence of Lake Garda and the alpine silhouette of the Dolomites, offers natural conditions conducive to producing crisp, fragrant wines deeply rooted in local tradition. The winery’s identity is closely linked to Nosiola, a native grape variety of the area, and to Vino Santo Trentino DOC, a historic expression of the Valle dei Laghi and a Slow Food Presidium. Alongside this regional focus, Pisoni also works with other Trentino grape varieties, adopting an approach centred on aromatic purity, balanced structure and the distinct character of the terroir. The winery states that it employs biodynamic farming methods, an approach that strengthens the relationship between the vineyard, the soil and the vine’s natural cycle. In the cellar, the focus is on preserving the character of the raw material, allowing freshness, depth and expressive finesse to shine through. The result is a style that combines rural heritage with contemporary sensibility, producing wines that coherently reflect the Valle dei Laghi: fragrant, taut whites; reds with good depth; and sweet, sun-dried wines that preserve one of Trentino’s most distinctive traditions.
