Cuvèe Annamaria Clementi is the result of meticulous selection of clusters from the winery's various crus and is produced only in the best vintages. The clusters undergo a washing and whirlpool treatment followed by meticulous vinification and bottle aging that lasts more than 7 years.

Vinification and ageing:Careful selection of clusters. Fermentation of the flower must only in small oak barrels. Aging in the same containers on fine lees for 6 months with malolactic fermentation taking place. Re-fermentation in the bottle according to the classic method and subsequent aging on the lees for 8 years.
