Fattoria di Bacchereto’s Vin Santo di Carmignano is a passito wine produced from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes grown biodynamically in a small vineyard of about one and a half hectares on clay-limestone soil. After the grapes are dried on reed mats in well-ventilated areas for 3 to 4 months, they are lightly pressed, and the resulting must ferments naturally and repeatedly with indigenous yeasts in chestnut barrels for 4 to 5 months.Read more

Bright amber-yellow. Honey, dried fruit, dried apricots, chestnuts, and caramel. Rich, round, sweet, fresh, balanced, with a long finish.
