Ruby red. Dehydrated red fruit, dried flowers, carob, mineral and balsamic notes. Full, fresh, dynamic, tannic.

Harvest period:Mid-October

Vinification and ageing:Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel containers by pied de cuve and maceration on the skins for 20-30 days. Aging in the same containers for 6 months, in large oak barrels for another 6 months and finally in the bottle for at least 6 months. No filtration or clarification.
