FleurPetite Arvine Valle d'Aosta Doc
Les Crêtes
Les Crêtes' Fleur is made from Petite Arvine, whose origins are attributed not only to the Aosta Valley, where it has grown for several centuries, but also Switzerland in the Valais area. After harvesting, the selected grapes are softly pressed and left to ferment in steel tanks for about 12 days, after which the 9-month aging period begins before bottling. A very robust vine adapted to the harsh climates of the high altitudes at which it grows. It is also called the glacier vine; the vineyards are located between 600 and 900 meters, and the high temperature ranges give the grapes a strong concentration of aromas. Cultivated in the sun in areas sheltered from the wind on low arid and poor soils.Read moreSold out
