Lis Neris

Gris takes its name from the vineyard from which it is made. Pinot Grigio vineyards stand on the plateau near the village of San Lorenzo, with a cool, breezy Mediterranean climate due to the proximity of the sea on limestone soil that imparts minerality to the wine.

Vinification and ageing:Fermentation in 500l French oak barrels at controlled temperature (22-24°C). Maturation in the same containers on fine lees for 11 months with frequent bâtonnage, then at least 12 months in bottle.
