The Lessona appellation is located in the western part of the Upper Piedmont and consists of mineral-rich soils composed mainly of marine sediments and porphyritic rock. Aromatic notes

Intense ruby red with garnet highlights. Red fruits, flowers, slightly mineral, iron and balsamic notes, medicinal herbs, citrus and spice notes. Rich, tannic, fresh, persistent, saline notes, savory.
