Rivera

Falcone is considered a cornerstone of Apulian oenology. It has been produced since 1950 interpreting the tradition of the area, with a rigorous selection from the oldest Nero di Troia vineyards in blends with other indigenous varieties, aged for 14 months in fine wood and at least an additional year in bottle.

Garnet red. Leather, tobacco, underbrush, dried mushrooms, spicy notes. Firm, balanced, tannic.

Harvest period:Late October

Vinification and ageing:Maceration for 15 days in steel winemakers with delestage and frequent pumping over. Aging 14 months half in French oak barrels, the other half in large French oak casks. Then 12 months in bottle.
