Foradori
Foradori is a Trentino-based producer with deep ties to the Campo Rotaliano, an alluvial plain nestled between the Dolomites and shaped by the historic confluence of the Noce and Adige rivers. It is here that Teroldego finds one of its most distinctive expressions: the stony, gravelly and sandy soils, divided into small plots, contribute to different interpretations of the grape variety, capable of combining intensity, freshness and mineral precision. Over time, the winery has built a consistent relationship with this indigenous variety, focusing on mass selection and the restoration of genetic diversity as tools to strengthen the bond between vine, soil and wine.
The approach to viticulture is based on biodynamic principles and regards the vineyard as a living organism, to be nurtured through practices that respect the natural balance and vitality of the raw material. In the cellar, a minimalist philosophy prevails, with fermentation and ageing processes designed to allow the quality of the grapes and the character of the individual terroirs to shine through, without stylistic artifice. Alongside Teroldego, traditional white grape varieties from the region also contribute to a range of wines characterised by their expressive purity, depth and connection to the Trentino landscape. Foradori’s wines thus stand out for their authentic interplay between alpine energy, agricultural roots and contemporary sensibility.
