Rinaldini - Moro
Rinaldini - Moro is an Emilia-based winery based in Calerno di Sant’Ilario d’Enza, in the province of Reggio Emilia, situated on the route between Reggio Emilia and Parma, at the foot of the Matildic Hills. Its identity stems from a direct connection with the agricultural landscape of the Via Emilia and a winemaking tradition in which Lambrusco remains a defining feature, alongside white, red, rosé and sparkling wines. The estate’s vineyards are cultivated on alluvial soils containing gravel, conditions that favour grapes with well-defined aromas and a true expression of the terroir. Agronomic management prioritises high planting densities, low yields and constant attention to the vineyard’s natural balance, with targeted interventions that are environmentally sound. In the cellar, the focus is on preserving the varietal character of the grapes, combining a sensitivity to the terroir with precise technical choices. Some wines are aged in various types of wood, whilst for sparkling wines, particular care is taken with bottle ageing, using methods rooted in the tradition of sparkling wine production. The result is a recognisable style, centred on fruit, freshness, immediate expressiveness and a focus on finesse, capable of showcasing the character of the Emilia region without compromising on precision and consistency.
