"Annamaria Clementi Rosé Franciacorta Rosé Riserva Docg" is produced by the Ca' del Bosco winery from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from only 3 historic vineyards of about 30 years of age located in Erbusco. Harvested by hand, the grapes undergo a short maceration at a controlled temperature followed by an 8-month fermentation in aged oak barrels. The wine ages on yeasts for 8 years inside oak barrels. This rosé sparkling wine, dedicated to the winery's founder, has rare balance and finesse and a lively savory and mineral freshness.Read more
