Dettori
The Pascale grape variety is characterized by medium to large pyramidal clusters with round, large, full-bodied berries. According to producer Dettori there are two biotypes of Pascale, the first has larger clusters weighing up to a kilo, the second has smaller clusters and berries. It is a vigorous variety with good productivity that experts say was posted to Sardinia from Spain and is first mentioned in 1780, mainly used as a table grape and only recently used for wine production.Read moreSold out
