Zidarich

Malvasia Istriana vines grow near Prepotto, are cultivated naturally without the use of pesticides, herbicides and chemicals, with yields are extremely low. Vinification is also done in an artisanal way with spontaneous fermentation without temperature control in open vats, long maceration on the skins and no filtration or clarification before bottling.

Golden yellow with amber highlights. Candied citrus fruits, toasted almonds, cereals, dry pastries, honey, citrus marmalade, herbs. Fresh, savory, structured, Mediterranean notes, slightly acidic.

Conducting malolactic fermentation in large oak barrels. Aging in medium and large Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years. No clarification or filtration.
