Ruby red with purple highlights. Red fruit, citrus notes, mineral, brackish notes. Soft, pungent tannic, savory.

Vinification and ageing:Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins in open vats with multiple daily punching-downs and no temperature control, malolactic fermentation carried out in large oak barrels. Aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months, then 3 months in bottle. No filtration.
